Reading the Treble Clef – Lower Ledger Lines
This tutorial will show you how to read the lower ledger lines on the Treble Clef.
You may know already that the spaces on the treble clef spell the word “FACE”.
The notes on the lines below the staff also spell FACE, starting from the third ledger line below.
To find the name of a given note, just say each letter until you get to the line in question.
To find the name of a note on a space, name the line above it, then go down one letter in the alphabet.
